Job Duties
- Reset tables quickly and professionally as guests leave the restaurant
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and its perimeters
- refill and clear tables
- clean dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
- maintain orderly work areas
- complete opening and closing procedures
- create and maintain good relationships with servers and guests
