Job Requirements
- Ability to ski or snowboard as all on-mountain employees are ride tested prior to first day
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays during resort operation
- Ability to lift, carry, or move at least 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push and pull for extended periods
- Strong communication skills including talking and hearing
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Assist servers/bartenders by clearing empty plates, utensils, and glasses when guests are finished eating/drinking
- Clearing, wiping and resetting tables when guests leave the dining room
- Assist in restocking utensils, glassware, and other dining room needs
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests
- Support teamwork with servers, hosts, bartenders and cooks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle physical tasks including lifting and moving supplies as needed
