Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere
- must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/food handler's training and certification

- 1+ years of busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere
- must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/food handler's training and certification
- 2+ years of busser experience in a high-volume hospitality or fine dining atmosphere preferred
Job Duties
- ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
- fill and empty bus carts, properly stack dirty dishes and assist guests with a positive attitude
- clear and carry dirty dishes to the dish stations
- sanitize tables and chairs, removing debris from the floor, sweeping and mopping as necessary
- replace/refill condiments and clean dirty condiment-dispensing containers
- roll and replenish silverware stock
- complete all side work tasks
- clean and reset tables after guests leave
- inform guests of any food and beverage specials
- assist with food running, serving drinks, and seating guests
- communicate with management professionally and involve them immediately in guest recovery issues
- other duties as assigned
