Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a janitor busser preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to apply common sense
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds
- willingness to comply with company policies and complete all necessary training programs
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand and comply with policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations
- must attend and successfully complete all required training including orientation and compliance with local and state regulations
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure head of house standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
