Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina
- ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure
- basic food handling certificate is a plus

- previous experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a distinguished dining experience
- ensure the dining room, lobby and service area are clean, stocked and visually appealing
- assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
- clear, clean and reset tables to prepare them for the next guest
- assist in tasks to maintain a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
