Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years or older
- At least one 1 year of previous fast paced, high-volume restaurant operations experience
- Working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Work with environmental factors including noise, dust, and smoke
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High School diploma and equivalent
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of restaurant equipment

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members

- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral form
Job Duties
- Great guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management
- Pour water
- serve non-alcoholic drinks as necessary throughout the service
- Must pro-actively assist the Food Server and Management in servicing the guest’s needs
- Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations
- Maintain a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return
