Job Requirements

  • Able to work flexible hours and days
  • Current food handler permit required
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Must be able to work in extreme environments including hot and cold
  • Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance

Job Duties

  • Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty
  • Clear and reset tables to standards
  • Insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped
  • Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss
  • Keep refillable beverages full and notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables
  • Inform server of potential issues with guests
  • Stock and restock appropriate linens and station with glasses, plates, and saucers
  • Complete assigned side work checked by the manager-on-duty
  • Comply with all Sunriver Resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations
