Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours and days
- Current food handler permit required
- Knowledge of food and beverage products
- Must be able to work in extreme environments including hot and cold
- Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance

Job Duties
- Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty
- Clear and reset tables to standards
- Insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped
- Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss
- Keep refillable beverages full and notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables
- Inform server of potential issues with guests
- Stock and restock appropriate linens and station with glasses, plates, and saucers
- Complete assigned side work checked by the manager-on-duty
- Comply with all Sunriver Resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations
