Job Requirements
- Current food handler permit
- Ability to work flexible hours and days
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
- Ability to communicate well with staff and customers
- Ability to work well with others in high-impact customer situations
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments

- Knowledge of food and beverage products
- Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services
- Must be able to multi-task and to work quickly and discreetly
- Must be able to work in extreme environments (hot & cold)
- Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance
Job Duties
- Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty
- Clear and reset tables to standards
- Insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped
- Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss
- Keep refillable beverages full
- Notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables so that these beverages can be charged properly
- Inform server of potential issues with guests
- Stock/restock appropriate linens and station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers
- Complete assigned side work
- Comply with all Sunriver policies, procedures, and safety regulations
