Job Requirements

  • Current food handler permit required
  • Able to work flexible hours and days
  • Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance
  • Must be able to work in extreme environments (hot & cold)
  • Ability to communicate well with staff and customers

  • Knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services
  • Must be able to multi-task and to work quickly and discreetly
  • Must be able to work in extreme environments (hot & cold)
  • Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance

Job Duties

  • Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty
  • Clear and reset tables to standards
  • Insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped
  • Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss
  • Keep refillable beverages full
  • Notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables so that these beverages can be charged properly
  • Inform server of potential issues with guests
  • Stock/restock appropriate linens and station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers
  • Complete assigned side work
  • Comply with all Sunriver policies, procedures, and safety regulations
