Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to local and state laws for service of alcoholic beverages
- good communication skills
- ability to follow directions and work collaboratively

Job Duties
- Perform pre- and post-work shift duties
- provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
- place order with the bartender
- place beverages on tray and deliver to members and guests
- serve beverages
- remove empty glasses and clean tables as required
- check back to ensure member and guest satisfaction and replenish water and butter as necessary
