Job Requirements
- Able to stand for the entire workday
- Able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks
- Bend, lift, carry, reach or extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant regulations
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience
- Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
- Availability to work shifts during weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Act as a representative of Tapville's core values
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave
- Remove tableware between courses and take it to the appropriate stations for washing
- Respond to guests' requests
- Communicate with Dining Ambassadors and Guest Ambassadors to ensure efficient seating and table utilization
- Ensure chairs and floors around tables are clean
- Notify the manager of any problems with equipment or breakage that could affect service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management staff
