Job Requirements
- Able to stand for the entire workday
- Able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks
- Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or move in a constantly changing environment
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience
- Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
- Availability to work in shifts during weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Acts as a representative of Tapville's core values
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave
- Remove tableware between courses and take it to their appropriate stations for washing
- Respond to guests’ requests
- Communicate with the Dining Ambassadors and Guest Ambassadors as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization
- Make sure the chairs and floors around the tables are clean
- Notify the manager of any problems with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply of necessary items for service
- Other duties as assigned by management staff
