Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Food handler certification (obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to work weekend, evening and some weekday shifts
- Ability to work standing for periods up to 5 hours
- Ability to lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in fast paced, high volume environment
- Flexible schedule including holidays

Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Take soiled tableware to dish-room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas
- Clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between seating promptly
- Check and clean floors as required
- Reset and arrange tabletops including buffet and bus station areas
- Inspect and clean assigned restrooms timely
- Communicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and customer service
- Assist servers with food delivery especially with large parties and peak periods
- Thank guests as they leave
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation as directed by manager or supervisor
- Clean, mop, and sweep various areas as assigned
- Remove trash regularly
- Assist in glass washing and stock clean glasses
- Help manager and bartenders with bar stock at shift end
- Perform other related duties as assigned
