Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year food service experience preferred
- must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission
- an Alcohol Beverage Card required
- ability to stand and walk continually throughout a scheduled shift
- ability to bend, stoop and reach while carrying items up to 50 pounds
- ability to push bus cart and carry trash/linen bags up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year food service experience preferred
- knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations
- familiarity with Alcohol Beverage Control laws
- strong customer service and people skills
Job Duties
- Stock wait stations, bar and host stand
- bring ice as needed
- clear tables of dirty dishes, linen, silverware and transport to kitchen via bus cart
- assist host and hostesses to seat patrons
- reset tables after they have been cleared
