- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-40 pounds
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of dining areas including floors, chairs, booths, and service stations
- assist servers by delivering water, bread, or other items as needed
- refill beverages when appropriate
- restock service stations with napkins, silverware, glassware, condiments, and other supplies
- polish silverware and glassware
- assist with food running when needed
- remove trash and debris from dining areas
- follow all health and sanitation guidelines
- provide friendly and professional guest service at all times
