Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor
- ability to follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- be responsible for bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep when floor needs it or when a manager requests
- perform opening/closing responsibilities including party breakdown/duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- buss and reset tables
- offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking of supplies
- clean high chairs and booster chairs
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
