Job Requirements

No previous experience required as training is provided
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items and assist guests with their choices
Review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
Deliver excellent hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables and buss dishes to the kitchen
Restock, clean, and maintain restaurant stations
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
