- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system, and other applicable systems
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- current food handler’s card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- effective communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering and assist guests with their questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver excellent hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables
- bus dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and reset tables
- restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout and deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
