Job Requirements

- ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- have or be willing to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different items and assist guests in their selection
- review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- deliver hospitality experiences that exceed guest expectations
- clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher and resetting tables as needed
- restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- understand the restaurant seating layout and server areas, and deliver food within the restaurant
- serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
