Job Requirements

Previous experience not required
excellent customer service skills and etiquette
ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
have or be willing to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
must be able to communicate effectively
ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
understand the restaurant menu to identify different items and assist guests in their selection
review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
deliver hospitality experiences that exceed guest expectations
clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher and resetting tables as needed
restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
understand the restaurant seating layout and server areas, and deliver food within the restaurant
serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
