- Able to communicate the primary language of the work location
- able to be stationary for long periods and move from area in the kitchen
- able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 7 hours
- ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, pots, pans, bus tubs up to 50 lbs regularly
- able to work in environments with wet floors, extreme temperatures, and loud noise
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area
- ability to reset tables properly after cleaning
- able to work as a team member
- willingness to perform physical tasks like running trash and mopping floors

Job Duties

- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms
- work as a team with all personnel
- reset tables to company standards after cleaning
- assist in maintaining dish area, parking lot, and green space
- run trash to dumpsters when needed
- assist with mopping floors
- perform other duties as assigned by management
