Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and suggest solutions
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stock supplies
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and spot sweep as needed
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- Buss and reset tables
- Assist guests by clearing dishes, glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist in party setup
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and restock supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs
- Assist other team members as needed
- Smile and maintain friendly demeanor during shifts
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
