Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and items
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate
Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths
Keep floors and carpets free of debris
Empty trash bin in the bus station
Keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked
Assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages
Pre-buss tables when appropriate
Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills
Keep the lobby and restrooms clean
Keep bussing station organized and free of clutter
