Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related position
- ability to work Tuesday through Sunday on a seasonal schedule
- willingness to undergo any necessary background checks and follow company policies
- physical capability to perform duties including lifting, standing, and moving for long durations
- eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to comply with health and safety standards
- willingness to wear required protective gear such as gloves and slip-resistant shoes
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a busser or in a similar role
- ability to work a seasonal schedule including Tuesday through Sunday
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- customer service orientation
- flexibility to adapt to varying work hours
Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
- maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
- serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- assists servers with food and beverage service
- transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
- folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
- replenishes condiments and restocks side stands
- performs other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills, handling special guest requests, greeting and seating guests
