Job Requirements
- Some experience required
- Ability to work Thursday through Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving tables and chairs
- Must adhere to safety policies including use of gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Comply with company policies and procedures

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen and condiments
- Wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
- Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- Assists servers with food and beverage service
- Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
