Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical stamina for prolonged periods of activity
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well with others as a team
- physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- capability to maintain fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- experience in a hospitality or food service setting is a plus
- ability to perform motions requiring bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and use of fingers and wrists continuously
Job Duties
- provide service to each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently
- clear and set tables
- organize silverware and dishware to reset tables
- assist servers with the removal of dirty dishes
- transport dishware to the kitchen
- perform assigned side work
- maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout shifts
