Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting moderate weights
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Must have a positive attitude and team spirit
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Required to work some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to enhance guest experience
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly after use
