Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of related hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training preferred
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for entire shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, and maneuvering in small or slippery work areas
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in organization and task prioritization

Job Duties
- Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement
- Receive and assess food orders from servers and kitchen staff
- Verify correctness and completeness of orders
- Oversee plating and presentation of dishes
- Monitor readiness of complete orders and coordinate with servers
- Conduct regular quality checks on food items
- Act as liaison between front of house and back of house
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
- Maintain well-organized and clean expediting station
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Clear tables and reset efficiently
- Collaborate with waitstaff to assist guests
- Attend promptly to guest requests
- Maintain well-stocked supplies
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of restrooms
- Assist with general cleaning tasks
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as requested
