Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of recent and related hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Successful completion of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous material training preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement
- Receive and assess food orders from servers and kitchen staff
- Relay modifications or special instructions to kitchen staff
- Verify correctness and completeness of orders including special requests
- Oversee plating and presentation of dishes
- Monitor readiness of entire orders and coordinate with servers
- Conduct quality checks on food items
- Act as liaison between front of house and back of house
- Maintain communication between kitchen team, servers, and management
- Communicate delays, changes, or challenges promptly
- Transmit customer feedback and requests
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
- Keep expediting station organized and stocked
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Collaborate with waitstaff for refills and assistance
- Attend to guest requests courteously
- Maintain stock of utensils, napkins, condiments
- Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
- Assist with general cleaning tasks
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as needed or requested
