Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

- Previous experience in bussing or related roles
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
Job Qualifications
- Previous busser, food runner, or expeditor experience preferably from hotel, restaurant, country club, or banquet facility
- Full-service restaurant, lounge, or banquet experience preferred
- Must be self-directed and able to follow tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to setup, breakdown, support, and multitask
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- Comprehensive knowledge of the English language to read event orders and communicate effectively
Job Duties
- Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course or meal segment
- Clean up spills and remove glassware
- Organize counters and reset restaurant/lounge according to manager's plan
- Perform side work including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies
- Conduct general cleaning using standard hotel products
- Adhere to health and sanitation standards
- Enforce established policies and procedures for Summit Hospitality
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
