  • Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification

Job Duties

  • Assist servers to ensure proper, prompt, and courteous service
  • knowledge of fine dining and upscale service specifics
  • familiarity with all food menu offerings
  • station set-up
  • stock needed supplies in side stations
  • replenish ice supply for side stations
  • dust tables including table legs
  • pick up linen from laundry
  • check off and retrieve storeroom supplies
  • set tables with clean linen, china, silver, and glassware
  • ensure furniture and floors are clean and properly arranged
  • assist servers during meal periods
  • remove extra settings
  • maintain and operate coffee maker, cappuccino machine, beverage machines, trays, dishware, silverware, and glassware
  • keep reach-in cooler clean and organized
  • maintain cleanliness of restaurant interior and kitchen
  • comply with exposure to food and beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals
  • work in indoor and outdoor conditions
