- Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification

Job Duties
- Assist servers to ensure proper, prompt, and courteous service
- knowledge of fine dining and upscale service specifics
- familiarity with all food menu offerings
- station set-up
- stock needed supplies in side stations
- replenish ice supply for side stations
- dust tables including table legs
- pick up linen from laundry
- check off and retrieve storeroom supplies
- set tables with clean linen, china, silver, and glassware
- ensure furniture and floors are clean and properly arranged
- assist servers during meal periods
- remove extra settings
- maintain and operate coffee maker, cappuccino machine, beverage machines, trays, dishware, silverware, and glassware
- keep reach-in cooler clean and organized
- maintain cleanliness of restaurant interior and kitchen
- comply with exposure to food and beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals
- work in indoor and outdoor conditions
