Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for prolonged periods
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and present a well-groomed appearance
  • If fulltime must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays
  • Must be able to read write speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Ensures excellent customer service for every guest every time
  • Removes soiled glassware and utensils from table and counter tops
  • Carries dirty dishes to kitchen
  • Wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth
  • Sets tables with clean linens sugar bowls and condiments
  • Wraps clean silverware in napkins
  • Circulates among diners and serves beverages such as iced tea and coffee
  • Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
  • Ensures that designated work areas flatware glasses dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards
  • Responsible for enforcing applicable regulations under Code of Federal Regulations Title 31 Chapter X pertaining to this position and reporting suspicious activity
  • Attends required Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training as outlined in Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls
