Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for prolonged periods
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and present a well-groomed appearance
- If fulltime must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English

Job Duties
- Ensures excellent customer service for every guest every time
- Removes soiled glassware and utensils from table and counter tops
- Carries dirty dishes to kitchen
- Wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth
- Sets tables with clean linens sugar bowls and condiments
- Wraps clean silverware in napkins
- Circulates among diners and serves beverages such as iced tea and coffee
- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
- Ensures that designated work areas flatware glasses dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards
- Responsible for enforcing applicable regulations under Code of Federal Regulations Title 31 Chapter X pertaining to this position and reporting suspicious activity
- Attends required Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training as outlined in Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls
