Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED unless waived by human resources
- six months of food and beverage work experience preferred
- successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- background investigation clearance
- obtain and maintain gaming license
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, and reach
- willingness to work in noisy, smoky, hot, cold and dimly lit environments
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- six months of food and beverage work experience preferred
- knowledge or ability to learn restaurant operations
- knowledge or ability to learn kitchen equipment maintenance
- knowledge or ability to learn safe practices in a kitchen environment
- ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Pre-busses tables
- clear tables promptly and reset with silverware and glassware
- wipe tabletops and chairs with damp sanitized cloth
- replenish supplies of napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes
- refill water, coffee, iced tea, and bread as requested
- greet guests professionally and courteously
- perform side work duties as assigned or support food runners and wait staff
- participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
- respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, knowledgeable information
- report maintenance and housekeeping issues to management
- maintain professional appearance and positive demeanor
- adhere to health, safety, and customer service policies
- assist servers and bartenders with restocking and changing kegs
- keep restaurant and bussing areas clean
- stack trays properly
- provide courteous guest service including proper greetings and farewells
- perform other duties as required
