Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Making a positive impression through face-to-face interaction with guests
- efficiently coordinating service by organizing supplies in service stations and setting tables with clean linen, china, glassware and silverware
- maintaining cleanliness and safety standards by ensuring furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant specifications
- assisting servers during meal periods by removing extra settings, pouring water, and other duties as assigned
