Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Manual dexterity in using kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- One-year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Assist in the delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations® memory care, and Club Room
- Support special events and private functions with timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service with The Sterling Touch®
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operation
- Transport dishes, utensils, and other dining materials as needed
- Follow health and safety standards and community procedures
