Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)

Job Duties

Provide warm and attentive service that makes the guest feel welcome and builds their intent to return
Assist cocktail hostesses and bartender with guest service, clean and reset table, stock service stations and bars, and maintain and clean dining area
Arrive on time dressed appropriately and set up station
Stock all necessary items
Check to make sure that guest have proper silverware and settings
Assist servers by attending to all needs of guests during visit
Perform table maintenance and side work as necessary, helping to ensure a team atmosphere
Always be on the lookout for coasters, napkins, silverware, etc that has fallen on the floor
Always clear to the right of guest
Respond appropriately to guests' requests
Communicate guests' requests to cocktail hostess as needed
Thank guests as they are leaving
Clean and break down station completely at end of night
