Job Requirements

- Part-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Embassy Suites Hotel Rosemont
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to setting up and cleaning

Job Duties
- Prepare hotel hospitality receptions by cleaning and setting up dining tables
- Ensure buffet area is ready with food and equipment
- Support culinary team in replenishing and keeping buffet area clean and stocked
- Adhere to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintain table settings by removing courses and replenishing utensils and water glasses
- Be alert to patron spills and special needs
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
