Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Part-time availability
  • Ability to work 4 PM to 8 PM shifts including Fridays, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in a hospitality environment
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare hotel hospitality receptions for patrons by cleaning and setting up dining tables
  • Ensure that buffet area is ready with food and equipment
  • Support culinary team by replenishing and keeping buffet area clean and stocked at all times
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and patrons
  • Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed
  • Replenish utensils and refill water glasses
  • Be alert to patron spills or other special needs
  • Participate in staff training opportunities
  • Complete any tasks instructed by supervisors or managers
