Job Duties
- prepares hotel hospitality receptions for patrons by cleaning and setting up dining tables
- ensures that buffet area is ready with food and equipment
- strong support to the culinary team on replenishing and keeping the buffet area clean and stocked at all times
- protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- maintains table setting by helping removing courses as completed
- replenishing utensils
- refilling water glasses
- being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
- complete any tasks your supervisor or manager instructs you to complete
