Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and management
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work standing for long periods up to 10 hours
- At least 16 years of age
- Authorization to work in the US

Job Duties
- Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer need
- Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- Clean and clear tables between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
- Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
