Job Requirements
- Open availability
- minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- able to communicate clearly with teammates and the management team
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US

Job Duties
- Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- clean and clear tables between seatings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
- inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
