Job Duties

  • Breaking down cleaning and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas
  • restocking supplies and assisting with side work as needed
  • supporting and assisting servers during service to ensure smooth flow and timely table turns
  • greeting guests warmly and contributing to a welcoming polished atmosphere
  • assisting in creating memorable guest experiences through attentiveness and hospitality
  • acting as a menu tour guide when appropriate and gaining knowledge of menu items
  • learning and adhering to food safety standards and allergy awareness procedures
  • communicating effectively with servers managers and kitchen team
