Job Duties
- Breaking down cleaning and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
- maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas
- restocking supplies and assisting with side work as needed
- supporting and assisting servers during service to ensure smooth flow and timely table turns
- greeting guests warmly and contributing to a welcoming polished atmosphere
- assisting in creating memorable guest experiences through attentiveness and hospitality
- acting as a menu tour guide when appropriate and gaining knowledge of menu items
- learning and adhering to food safety standards and allergy awareness procedures
- communicating effectively with servers managers and kitchen team
