Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- current state food handler's license(s)
- ability to transport 30 lb and be in contact motion during shift
Job Duties
- Breaking down, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
- maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas
- restocking supplies and assisting with side work as needed
- supporting and assisting servers during service to ensure smooth flow and timely table turns
- greeting guests warmly and contributing to a welcoming, polished atmosphere
- assisting in creating memorable guest experiences through attentiveness and hospitality
- acting as a menu tour guide when appropriate and gaining knowledge of menu items
- learning and adhering to food safety standards and allergy awareness procedures
- communicating effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen team
