Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • current state food handler's license(s)
  • ability to transport 30 lb and be in contact motion during shift

Job Duties

  • Breaking down, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas
  • restocking supplies and assisting with side work as needed
  • supporting and assisting servers during service to ensure smooth flow and timely table turns
  • greeting guests warmly and contributing to a welcoming, polished atmosphere
  • assisting in creating memorable guest experiences through attentiveness and hospitality
  • acting as a menu tour guide when appropriate and gaining knowledge of menu items
  • learning and adhering to food safety standards and allergy awareness procedures
  • communicating effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen team
