Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Physical capability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Capacity to follow detailed instructions and operate within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Sorting and washing dirty and used dishes and utensils
  • Replacing washed dishes and utensils in storage areas
  • Helping in keeping the general restaurant area sanitary and clean including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables
  • Assisting the service team with support tasks as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
  • Accommodating varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
