Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work on feet for extended periods
Physical capability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Capacity to follow detailed instructions and operate within a team environment
Strong communication skills

Previous food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work on feet for extended periods
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Sorting and washing dirty and used dishes and utensils
Replacing washed dishes and utensils in storage areas
Helping in keeping the general restaurant area sanitary and clean including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables
Assisting the service team with support tasks as needed
Maintaining cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas
Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
Accommodating varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
