Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as Food Runner or Busser in fine dining or high volume restaurant
- Ability to deliver friendly and hospitable service
- Strong multitasking and quick thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to anticipate and advocate for guest needs
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications
- Minimally 1+ years Food Runner/Busser experience in a fine dining, high volume setting
- Personable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable service
- Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to take direction and execute
- High standards for cleanliness of workspace and service areas
- Desire to advocate on behalf of the guest as well as anticipate guest needs

Job Duties
- Deliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to support guest dining experience
- Deliver food and drink orders to the correct table in a timely manner
- Assist the server as necessary to ensure that the guest is served in a timely manner
- Ensure the area is well stocked and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift
- Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items as well as specials
- Participate actively during line up
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service
- Maintain proper loss prevention standards pursuant to Restaurant protocol
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Complete all assigned side work relevant to guest interactive service
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time
- Work ethically
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need
