Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handler certification
- Valid TABC certification
- Availability Tuesday-Saturday evenings
- Ability to work holidays and special events
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- fine dining experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and teamwork skills
- Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required on the first day of work
- Availability Tuesday-Saturday evenings, including holidays and special events
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service
- Assist service team with clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and discreet manner
- Reset tables with proper linens, silverware, and glassware according to fine dining standards
- Refill water glasses, bread, and other guest accompaniments as directed
- Support service staff with running food, delivering condiments, and restocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, side work areas, and storage throughout the shift
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Anticipate member and guest needs and support the overall flow of dinner service
- Other job duties as assigned
