Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Handler certification
  • Valid TABC certification
  • Availability Tuesday-Saturday evenings
  • Ability to work holidays and special events
  • Background check and drug screen clearance
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • fine dining experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and teamwork skills
  • Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required on the first day of work
  • Availability Tuesday-Saturday evenings, including holidays and special events

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service
  • Assist service team with clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and discreet manner
  • Reset tables with proper linens, silverware, and glassware according to fine dining standards
  • Refill water glasses, bread, and other guest accompaniments as directed
  • Support service staff with running food, delivering condiments, and restocking supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, side work areas, and storage throughout the shift
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Anticipate member and guest needs and support the overall flow of dinner service
  • Other job duties as assigned
