Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or sports entertainment industry preferred
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods ranging 6-12 hours
- must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs
- ability to use fingers and hands to operate equipment
- ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed
- exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within kitchen environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience
- ability to assist with food preparation, setup, and cleaning tasks
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements
- this position may require valid certifications such as ServSafe Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County Food Handler certification
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events
Job Duties
- Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner
- promptly clears dirty tables and prepares table for resetting
- promptly resets all service ware
- maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including flatware, linen, condiments, wipes down chairs and tables, and cleans area
- transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- perform any general cleaning tasks as assigned
- collaborate with servers to maintain clear communication and ensure prompt service
- may assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties
- assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas
- performs other duties as assigned
