Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with front of house team members and managers
- Bus, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, seats quickly to ensure efficient seating
- Direct and facilitate carryout pickup for guests, as needed
- Assist serving staff with pre-bussing tables and delivering food and beverages to guests
- Assist bar staff with bussing by removing full bus tubs and delivering to bus station
- Stocking side plates in designated service areas
- Stocking products and surface cleaning public restrooms throughout the shift
- Rolling silver as needed throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, restrooms, and other public areas
- Deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently
- Execute daily cleaning details, as outlined by the management team
- Greet guests as needed with a welcoming and positive attitude
