Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six months related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in high-volume settings
- Must be adaptable, coachable, and team-oriented

Job Duties
- Provide excellent internal and external guest service
- Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist
- Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
- Clear, wipe, and reset tables according to table setting standards
- Transport dirty items to dish room
- Bring supplies from dish room including silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers
- Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper
- Assist food servers when time permits
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
