Job Requirements
- High School/GED preferred
- 6 months related experience
- must be able to obtain/maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations

- excellent guest service skills and communication skills
- ability to handle high volume and stress situations
Job Duties
- Excellent internal/external guest service
- perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist
- maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
- clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards
- transport dirty items to dish room
- bring supplies from dish room including silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers
- make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper
- other reasonable duties as assigned
