Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum six months related experience
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations
- ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- exceptional guest service orientation
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical stamina to perform duties including cleaning and carrying supplies
Job Qualifications

- six months related experience
- excellent guest service skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle high volume and stress situations
- bi-lingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide excellent internal and external guest service
- perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist
- maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
- clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards
- transport dirty items to dish room
- bring supplies from dish room including silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers
- make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper
- assist food servers when time permits
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
